Proposed updates to the St. Philip Constitution
St. Philip Constitution – Proposed changes – November, 2020 – includes all corrections to align with the Model Constitution and updates on membership requirements, congregational meeting dates, and church council term dates

The documents below include the specific changes in specific chapters, which can help to not get lost in the whole Constitution. Not all changes to the Constitution are found in these documents, but include the major changes that are not just updates to align with the model constitution.
St. Philip Const. Ch. 10 – Proposed changes – November, 2020 – changes to annual meeting dates from November to fourth quarter and February to second quarter. Also changes council term dates from January-December to July-June to better align with our ministry year.
St. Philip Const. Ch. 12 – Proposed changes – November, 2020 – changes to council members align with our new strategic plan and to require one youth and one young adult to be on council to align with the model constitution.

Proposed changes to our Bylaws
St. Philip Bylaws – changes to align with our new strategic plan and proposed Constitution changes.

Proposed budget summary for 2021

If you would like to see the full 2021 Budge, please contact Linda Goodnough at lgoodnough@stphilip-co.org and we will be happy to send you a copy. We create a summary because we have found that people are able to understand it better; especially because it can be hard to read the full budget.
