This devotion for Good Friday describes why this day is considered to be “good”. It is not good because Jesus was crucified and died; it is good because through the death of Jesus, we are forgiven of our sin and God pours out His grace upon us. Jesus became our sacrificial lamb on that day of preparation, taking on our sin and dying for our sake, so we may have life. Join us for worship this Good Friday at 6:30pm and Easter worship is at 8:00am and 10:00am. Journey through Holy Week with us!

Happy Maundy Thursday! The word Maundy comes from the latin word mandatum, meaning command. In the Gospel of John, Jesus gives his disciples a new command, to love one another. On Maundy Thursday, Jesus celebrates the Passover Meal with his disciples, where he institutes the Lord’s Supper, predicts his betrayal, and foretells Peter’s denial. All of this is occurs during this meaningful and celebratory meal of Passover.
